Job profile: The role of the program manager is to take care of end-to-end delivery responsibility of Emertxe’s long term training programs. This would involve both execution and stakeholder management aspects

EXPERIENCE:

  • 4+ years of experience 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

  • Engineering preferred
  • Any degree with good organizational skills is fine.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, track and drive multiple training batches
  • Ensure Emertxe’s training standards are followed in delivery and ensure quality
  • Closely work with instructors / mentors for short term weekly planning & execution
  • Closely work with senior management for long term batch planning & execution
  • Closely work with placement team for placement activities
  • Manage a team of instructor / mentors by handling their people management aspects

JOB SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in handling multiple programs in parallel
  • Excellent project planning, tracking and follow-up skills
  • Hands-on experience in project management tools and techniques 
  • Very high energy combined with discipline to drive multiple batches
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent motivational skills and ability to act as a coach

Job profile: The position of business development (placements) is to enhance Emertxe’s placement profiles by bringing in new placement clients. This requires establishing relationships with corporations by projecting Emertxe’s value proposition and having them participate in the placement process. This position also requires coordination with internal teams (delivery / technical) to provide the right set of manpower to placement companies by following a predefined process.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of experience

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

  • Any degree

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiate & establish new placement clients
  • Sustain relationship with placement clients by continuous engagement
  • Coordinate with internal teams by owning E2E placement activities

JOB SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication skills (Oral / Written) 
  • MS office (Excel / PPT / Word) skills to create relevant artifacts 
  • Previous proven experience in recruitment industry with solid client base
  • Excellent coordination skills

Job profile:

The role of the student success executive is to handle various day-to-day student support activities. This would involve coordination between students, mentors and placement teams and ensure the right set of information is shared with the students on a timely basis. This role would also involve interacting with external stakeholders like National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) for student certification related activities.

  • 1+ years of experience

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

  • Any degree

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle various queries from students received via various channels (Email / In-person / WhatsApp) and ensure all of them are addressed promptly on-time
  • Closely coordinate with various internal teams which includes mentors and placement team to ensure all the coordination activities are done promptly (Example – Mock interviews) 
  • Handle certification requests from students and provide them as per the process
  • Coordinate with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and conduct external certification activities by taking complete coordination responsibility 

JOB SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Dynamic and go-getter mentality to get things done on time
  • Ability to strike conversation with students and motivate them by providing right information on time 
  • Previous experience in handling students in Academia / Counseling / Recruitment industry would be a plus 
  • Proficiency in usage of various office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The role of Lead – Student Success will be responsible for managing a team of Student Success Executives, ensuring the overall success of our students through effective counseling, coaching, and support. You will play a pivotal role in shaping student experiences, driving engagement, and ensuring that our students reach their full potential in terms of placements and career outcomes.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

  • Any degree
  • Certification in counseling or coaching is an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Student Success Executives to ensure high-quality support and guidance is provided to students.
  • Oversee the delivery of ongoing support to students, addressing their academic, career, and personal challenges effectively.
  • Develop and implement counseling and coaching strategies that enhance student engagement, performance, and job readiness.
  • Work closely with the technical and placement team to align student coaching activities with career outcomes, helping students achieve their placement goals.
  • Track and evaluate the progress of students, providing feedback and adjustments to ensure continued success.
  • Identify areas for process improvement in student counseling and support, and implement new strategies to improve student experiences.
  • Maintain regular reports on student progress and team performance, using data to drive improvements in student success programs.

JOB SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to coach / mentor students and drive outcomes
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve performance metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with students from diverse backgrounds.
